Responsibilities
Technician is responsible for multiple suppliers, ensuring billing and error corrections are current and resolving any issues causing delays
Analyzes AES32/SES/ CATS data and identifies discrepancies
Determines and defines course of action to correct AES/SES/CATS issues
Notifies Contract Administrator when supplier billing is delayed and works with Contract Admin and supplier to facilitate catch-up (issues with Plant Maintenance Orders (PMOs), Purchase Orders (POs), incorrect invoice, time allocation delays, etc.)
Facilitates supplier training on process and error handling
Modifies supplier training and process to fit the skillsets/needs of the supplier timekeeping staff
Troubleshoots and corrects all supplier billing errors caused by Dow
Analyzes and corrects pending payments from supplier Aging reports, working with Sourcing
Creates and runs Business Warehouse reports to analyze process data
Runs data extracts to assist supplier payment reconciliation
Facilitate system rejections in AES/SAP by working between the plant rep and the vendor for a resolution
Understands Global Maintenance Work Process (GMWP), Procure to Pay (P2P), Sourcing, and supplier roles as they relate to the billing/payment processes
Recognizes and communicates when role responsibilities are not being met
Qualification
Required
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
A minimum of two years of related experience
Must have a current, valid US Driver's License
A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process
Preferred
Working knowledge of the following software and systems: SAP, Business Warehouse, Excel, Word, Outlook, Purchasing systems
Experience with billing and Purchase Order (PO) practices
