Responsibilities

Provide overall vision, strategic planning, and operational control for three key locations (Manhattan, Armonk, NY, and Jersey City, NJ) totaling approximately $30M in annual revenue
Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, fostering a trust-based relationship and ensuring all services align with global brand standards and contractual commitments
Directly oversee a diverse portfolio of services including premium café operations, high-touch executive dining, and complex catering/conferencing events
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing management team, including four General Managers and various support staff across the portfolio
Manage a complex subsidized financial model with full P&L accountability, balancing strict cost discipline with the delivery of a "white-glove" hospitality experience
Ensure 100% compliance with safety, sanitation, and labor regulations within a unionized environment

Required

5–10 years of experience as a Resident District Manager or General Manager in high-volume, premium environments ($20M-$30M+ portfolio)
Mandatory experience managing operations within a unionized environment
Proven success in Corporate Business Dining (B&I), High-End Boutique Hotels, Sports & Entertainment, or Collegiate Hospitality
Exceptional ability to manage multi-unit operations and lead diverse teams across different geographic locations
Bachelor's degree required

Preferred

A solid professional background in the New York market
An advanced degree in business or hospitality
