Responsibilities

Lead the development, tracking, and reporting of vendor KPIs and SLAs, delivering actionable insights and ensuring accountability throughout the vendor management process
Drive operational process optimization by streamlining workflows, enhancing CRM reporting, and ensuring data accuracy for improved internal efficiency
Facilitate business reviews with vendor partners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and clear improvement action plans while maintaining contractual compliance
Collaborate with planning teams to architect scalable infrastructure and appropriately forecast vendor capacity for both new and ongoing business initiatives

Required

7+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in vendor management, supplier relationship management, or outsourced operations performance in a high-volume, global setting
Proven analytical ability to translate complex datasets into insights using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and preferably SQL
Extensive experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and sales enablement tools, as well as a strong understanding of contact center operations and process improvement frameworks
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills with a bachelor's degree as a minimum educational requirement
