Responsibilities

Provide EDI data analysis, transactional support, error detection, and resolution

Perform Medicaid 8001 transaction file analysis and validation

Review and resolve data issues including MDM, MPI, and related data discrepancies

Perform HBX system error analysis

Validate and reconcile 1095-A and 1095-B files

Analyze EDI files exchanged with Carriers, MCOs, and external entities

Perform root cause analysis for EDI rejections and exceptions (999, TA1)

Coordinate with development, business, and testing teams to analyze, fix, test, and transmit EDI files

Perform data corrections and technical solutions for consumer and system-reported errors

Communicate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to translate business needs into EDI solutions

Support EDI operations during off-hours, weekends, and holidays as required

Health Exchange marketplace EDI solutions – 4+ Years

Healthcare marketplace data analysis, testing, and solutions – 4+ Years

SQL databases and queries – 2+ Years

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines

Preferred

EDI validation tools (Edifecs, WTX, EDI X12 or equivalent) – 6+ Years

EDI transaction sets (834, 820, 999, TA1), SOA, EDI, or EAI applications – 6+ Years

Knowledge of ACA eligibility rules for Medicaid and QHPs
