This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely project completions and maintaining inventory levels.

Responsibilities
Be the Scheduler Extraordinaire – Coordinate with customers, project managers, and crews to ensure siding, shutters, brackets, corbels, foam components, soffits, fascia, and more are installed on time
Master Multiple Platforms – Navigate Jobber, Supply Pro, Vendor Suite, and Buildertrend to keep every detail aligned
Own the Calendar – Finalize schedules 2 days in advance and send confirmed updates to the team daily by 2pm
Stay Ahead on Inventory – Manage warehouse stock with Just-In-Time processes and forecast needs for upcoming projects
Keep Projects Moving – Generate and upload POs, close out completions in builder portals, and trigger payments
Match Skills to Jobs – Assign crews based on size, expertise, and project requirements
Help Grow the Team – Interview subcontractors, installers, and support staff, ensuring all vendor and new-hire requirements are complete
Collaborate Daily – Maintain open lines of communication with Siding Project Managers and other departments
Qualification
Required
Experience in construction scheduling, coordination, or operations (siding knowledge a plus!)
Comfort with multiple software systems and learning new tools quickly
Exceptional time management—deadlines matter here
Strong communication skills with crews, managers, and customers alike
A problem-solver mindset with attention to detail that borders on legendary
