Responsibilities
Manage the complete enrollment sales process during years 0-1, covering initial inquiry through executed agreements, including conversion metrics and CRM administration until the 25-student milestone
Conduct informational sessions and facility tours that convert interested families while strategically declining misaligned prospects (selective rejection is equally important as acceptance)
Function as the principal liaison for affluent families investing $40K+ per year, delivering concierge-level experiences that convert parents into vocal advocates
Establish community presence through consistent on-campus availability during morning arrival (7-9am) and afternoon dismissal (2-4pm), while dedicating most working hours to external relationship-building through coffee meetings, networking activities, and community collaborations
Articulate and justify Alpha's AI-driven educational approach to skeptical families questioning screen exposure and unconventional pedagogical methods
Mobilize parent champions by creating outstanding experiences that inspire families to proactively recruit their social networks
Qualification
Required
Currently live within commuting range of one of these campuses OR prepared to relocate within 60 days (preference given to candidates with pre-existing local ties): Santa Barbara, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Piedmont, CA; Roswell, GA; Chicago, IL; Bethesda, MD; Austin, TX; Brownsville, TX; Chantilly, VA; or Kirkland, WA
Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
5+ years in positions involving consultative sales or premium customer experience delivery to affluent clients (examples include private school admissions/enrollment, luxury retail, high-end hospitality, philanthropic advising, etc.)
Proven enrollment or sales funnel performance with specific conversion metrics you can articulate
Professional presence and communication capabilities to establish credibility and influence sophisticated purchasing decisions among high-net-worth families
Self-directed entrepreneurial mindset suited to independent operation within a startup setting
Authentic belief in AI-enhanced education, with readiness to defend the approach against skeptical parents questioning screen time and non-traditional methods
Schedule flexibility accommodating early mornings (7-9am), late afternoons (2-4pm), evening programming (2-3x/month), and weekend commitments
Preferred
Established connections within the local affluent community with active relationships
Leadership experience in private or independent school enrollment/admissions with documented success
