Responsibilities

Lead projects from Schematic Design through Construction Documents and Construction Administration
Coordinate with consultants/engineers and engaging with owners
Define project requirements and develop design criteria
Scheduling, Estimates, Budget, Planning to complete projects- drawings, models, images, material, etc
Use software to design, sketch and provide drawings of proposed projects
Professional client development skills
Leadership skills, ability to build relationships at all levels, internally and externally

Qualification

RevitProject leadershipArchitectural designTechnical skillsCommunication skills

Required

5-12+ years of professional experience
Proficiency in Revit is required
A licensed professional (or soon to be licensed) with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
Strong design, technical, code, and detailing skills
Experience leading a project team and client presentations
Proactive written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Experience in relative project types preferred but not required
