Responsibilities
Capture QFSE data from various inputs, review for accuracy and completeness, and record it in the appropriate system
Create and communicate reports for use by Stakeholders
Communicate policies and standards to BEF stakeholders
Deliver Training to associates regarding data systems, procedures, and principles
Identify and escalate ‘out of Norm’ situations and non-compliances
Provide input for the development and improvement of BEF data systems
Submit accurate and complete technical reports within specific timeline
Apply data analytics to identify a wide variety of risks and escalate ‘out of Norm’ situations
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Data Management or Food Quality Related Role
Working knowledge of Food Science
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must have a thorough understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices, Quality Management Systems, and Government/Local regulations (21 CFR 110, 111, 117)
Experience in a broad range of food production operations in order to assess quality assurance risk
Knowledge of HACCP, food safety plans, cGMP, food quality system, sanitation, allergen control, and environmental monitoring
Ability to work collaboratively and cohesively with company peers and Post Holdings partners
Strong interpersonal skills - Listening and informing others effectively; excellent negotiating and influencing skills at all levels both internal and external
Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimal direction. Must be a self-motivated self-starter
Must possess the ability to always maintain external and internal confidentiality
Methodical and detail oriented- Draft and Submit accurate and complete technical reports within specific timeline
Ability to Lead discussions and effectively communicate with stakeholders
Excellent time management skills
Must be able to work remotely for extended periods
Must be able to follow GMP and safety policies and procedures
Proficiency in documentation and computing, including report generation, database maintenance, and resource tracking
