Häfele America Co. is a company focused on building deep client relationships and driving direct sales. The Manager of Sales and Business Development will oversee the implementation of sales strategies, manage direct reports, and ensure the attainment of sales volume and profit objectives.

Responsibilities
Identify and win local business opportunities
Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop optimum region results. Allocation of sales personnel to ensure achievement of company sales and profit goals
Coordinate sales activities by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals. Advises customers and sales representatives concerning sales and marketing programs and works to ensure their success
Identify and closely direct the pipeline of work with major customers and projects
Other duties may be assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong entrepreneurial mindset and skills with experience in the building materials, woodworking, and/or construction industry
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated successful relevant sales management experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
Negotiation and presentation skills
Demonstrate business acumen and knowledge of sales processes
Strong leadership and decision‐making abilities
Ability to organize and maximize information on sales opportunities, leads and integrate this information into the strategic sales plan
