Customer Service Administrator
HireGummy is hiring for one of its clients, a busy and complex logistics business, to bring on a Customer Service Administrator. This is a support-focused role designed to assist the Customer Service and Account Management teams in keeping operations smooth and customers happy.

Responsibilities
Provide general support to the Customer Service and Account Management teams
Sort, file, and respond to customer support emails
Check and update customer orders using proprietary software systems
Lodge queries and claims with freight carriers and follow up for resolution
Assist with data entry, reporting, and analysis for customers and the team
Resolve general queries and follow up with customers promptly
Work with large data sets to provide insights or required information
Qualification
Required
Excellent English writing skills (spelling, grammar, and structure)
Strong support mindset with politeness, enthusiasm, and eagerness to learn
Ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly
Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
