Responsibilities
Manage and support large-scale, multi-site initiatives involving field data collection, technology enablement, and integration with enterprise systems
Coordinate multiple field teams operating across facilities in AL, GA, and MS
Support schedule execution and resource coordination to meet aggressive timelines
Partner closely with internal leadership to track progress, timelines, and deliverables (cost and schedule oversight led by program leadership)
Help onboard personnel to new tools and workflows, ensuring alignment with site culture and operations
Assist with training and adoption of new technology at the site level
Act as a key point of contact between field teams, stakeholders, and program leadership
Use dashboards and reporting tools to communicate project status and risks
Support change management and adoption efforts to ensure long-term success of the program
Qualification
Required
Project Management experience, ideally supporting field-based or multi-site initiatives in an industrial setting
Strong ability to coordinate people, schedules, and logistics across multiple locations
Comfortable working in industrial or plant environments
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and adapt to different site cultures
Tech-savvy mindset (hands-on technical expertise not required, but comfort learning and supporting new tools is important)
Experience supporting training, onboarding, or change adoption
Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time
