Responsibilities
Define and drive overall AWS cloud architecture strategy for client engagements
Perform AWS Landing Zone and Cloud Foundation Assessments to ensure readiness, compliance, and operational excellence
Create scalable, secure, high‑availability cloud architectures aligned with client business goals
Lead migration programs using:
Cloud Migration Factory
AWS Application Migration Service (MGN)
AWS Database Migration Service (DMS)
AWS DataSync
Conduct portfolio and wave planning with tools like ModelizeIT , including:
Application assessment
Dependency mapping
Migration wave planning
Integrate DevOps practices into cloud architectures to enable seamless CI/CD pipelines
Advocate and implement automation for deployment, monitoring, IaC, and cloud operations
Use tools such as Docker, Kubernetes , and modern automation frameworks
Act as a trusted advisor offering expert guidance on modern cloud trends and best practices
Lead technical discussions, workshops, and presentations with internal and client teams
Facilitate group sessions, manage cross‑functional teams, and deliver architectural recommendations with clarity and impact
Create models and graphical abstractions based on The Enterprise Framework™
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
15–20 years of overall IT experience, with 8–10+ years in cloud architecture & DevOps
Proven expertise with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud architecture
Strong background in DevOps tooling and CI/CD pipelines
Hands-on experience in on-premise to AWS cloud migration
Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Preferred
Master's degree in a related field
Relevant certifications: AWS, Azure, GCP, DevOps
Consulting environment experience
Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Expertise in automation tools for infrastructure provisioning & configuration management
