Required

ABD doctoral candidate or Master's degree with substantial graduate course work in Asian American Studies, ethnic studies, or related fields
Expertise in fields relevant to the Department of Asian American Studies curriculum
Evidence of prior relevant teaching, mentoring, or tutoring experience
Evidence of experience in relevant academic field or relevant professional/community-based experience
Candidates should demonstrate their ability to interact and work effectively with a wide and culturally diverse range of students, including first-generation college students

Preferred

Experience working with diverse populations and fostering a collaborative, supportive and inclusive environment
Relevant work experience and professional capabilities, including non-traditional career backgrounds
