Responsibilities
Maintain a daily project diary and help establish project priorities
Daily timecard entry and approval
Track and record project costs, production quantities, yield statistics, and onsite inventory counts
Compile cycle times and production information and log this information for historical data
Gather pay item quantities and collect information on extra work items
Conduct timely billing and reporting to maximize profit margins and positive cash flow
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a CM, CE, ME, EE Engineering, or related degree
Understanding basic industrial construction projects
Ability to travel to various job locations
Strong computer skills required with a special emphasis on Excel skills
Experience in the construction industry preferred
Must be able to pass drug and alcohol pre-employment and on-going testing
Preferred
Competent in all Microsoft products and scheduling experience
Strong work ethic, ability to prioritize and excellent communication skills
Willingness to work both in field and office settings and an ability to work in a high production, fast moving environment
A valid driver's license and proof of insurability is required. All drivers are subject to a DMV background records search
