Responsibilities
Assisting the Naval C2 IPT Lead in multiple areas of program management
Coordinating and assisting in the writing of weekly WAR submissions
Assisting in meeting management
Building brief outlines
Assisting with organization chart management
Organizing and leading data call efforts
Assisting in tracking action items
Working with PMs and functional leads weekly to complete reoccurring reporting requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and/or combination of education and five years of direct project management/administrative experience
Secret clearance
Exceptional MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience assisting multiple programs and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Experience with risk management
Exceptional task management skills
Preferred
Familiarity with MARC2 and TACC2 systems
Familiarity with NIWC Atlantic's organizational structure
