Qualification
Required
Strong skills in Cost Estimation
Highly developed Analytical Skills to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations
In-depth knowledge of Finance and related processes
Proficiency with commonly used industry tools and software
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently in a remote environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field
Preferred
Previous experience in cost segregation, tax, or construction accounting is a plus
