New Grad, Entry LevelDweck Properties is seeking an Overnight Concierge to manage the building during the night shift. The role involves greeting residents and guests, handling requests, logging packages, coordinating maintenance issues, and ensuring the security of the property.

Responsibilities
Greet incoming guests and residents along with their furry family member
Answer incoming calls
Log packages
Conduct package audits to ensure delivery and improve efficiency of package handling
Assist residents with emergencies, requests, or concerns
Respond and coordinate service requests with the maintenance team within 24 hours
Work on projects
Walk the building to make sure doors are closed and locked
Qualification
Required
Experience in a customer service role like in hospitality, retail, or property management
The ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
Lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs
