Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard talented student interns, team leaders, and ambassadors from universities nationwide
Build relationships with student organizations, career centers, and professors to promote Swapop’s programs
Develop and execute creative student outreach campaigns on social media and within campus communities
Collaborate with the University Partnerships Leader to coordinate recruitment goals and campaign launches
Maintain a recruitment pipeline and track engagement through Google Sheets or CRM tools
Represent Swapop with authenticity and enthusiasm — you’ll be the first impression for many future interns
Qualification
Required
Experience in campus recruiting, student ambassador programs, community building, or social media outreach
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — you can connect with students, clubs, and professors easily
Creative mindset with the ability to attract and engage Gen Z audiences
Passion for startups, marketing, and education
Self-starter who thrives in flexible, remote environments
Preferred
Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Handshake, or Instagram for student outreach
