Responsibilities
Own and evolve internal platforms, tools, and workflows that support company-wide execution
Lead and manage a team responsible for systems, process design, and internal enablement
Design scalable processes that improve efficiency, accountability, and visibility across teams
Partner with leadership to identify bottlenecks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
Drive cross-functional initiatives that improve how work moves through the organization
Ensure process adoption, documentation, and accountability across teams
Support system implementations, integrations, and enhancements as the business grows
Establish metrics and reporting to track effectiveness of platforms and processes
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in business systems, tech process improvement, or execution-focused leadership roles
Prior experience managing people and leading teams
Strong background in building or scaling internal processes in a growing organization
Experience working cross-functionally with finance, operations, sales, and technology teams
Proven ability to take ambiguous problems and turn them into structured, repeatable systems
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Strong communication, organization, and execution skills
Technological Experience with ERP, CRM, or internal business systems
