Responsibilities

Lead logistics planning and execution across the entire system lifecycle, from initial build through field deployment and sustainment
Manage inventory, shipping, receiving, and warehousing to ensure traceability, accountability, and readiness
Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure logistics considerations are embedded early in product development
Develop and maintain provisioning packages, spare parts lists, tool kits, and field support materials
Own Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) deliverables including technical documentation, maintenance plans, and training materials
Coordinate shipments of sensitive or classified hardware in accordance with ITAR and DoD guidelines
Support field operations teams by ensuring availability of parts, tools, and replacements to minimize downtime and maximize mission readiness
Collaborate with external suppliers and logistics partners to track and manage inbound and outbound shipments
Help establish logistics processes, standards, and systems as we scale the company and deploy more systems to customers

Required

A minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or ILS roles—preferably in the aerospace, defense, or high-reliability hardware industry
Experience supporting DoD programs or working within a defense contractor environment
Strong understanding of MIL-STD, DFARS, ITAR, and government logistics requirements
Hands-on familiarity with logistics software, ERP tools, and inventory tracking systems
Clear, structured communicator with a bias for operational excellence and a high standard of precision
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment where process is evolving and speed matters
Current Secret/Top Secret Clearance or an ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security clearance
To Conform to US Government Regulations, applicant must be a U.S. Citizen or National or U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State

Preferred

Prior experience standing up logistics or sustainment operations for a new product line or program
Experience supporting forward-deployed operations or rapid fielding of military systems
Familiarity with classified material handling and secure shipment procedures
