This individual will be responsible for troubleshooting and researching client queries related to tax documentation and will participate in strategic projects while interacting with various internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, research and action all client/stakeholder queries related to documentation, allocation statements, change in circumstance, & US indicia and reporting
Have extensive interactions with internal stakeholders in both the Business Units as well as colleagues outside of Tax Operations
Troubleshoot with the team(s), propose and ensure implementation of solutions
Materially participate in all strategic projects by supporting the documentation of Business Requirements Documents and testing
Prepare and present findings related to Key Risk and Key process metrics
Explore solutions to reduce risk, create capacity and improve client service
Qualification
Required
Prior tax experience
Familiarity with all aspects of tax operations
Ability to multitask and take ownership of complex issues and meet tight deadlines
Ability to quickly identify an issue, coupled with the ability to succinctly articulate and escalate the issue, impact and corrective action to senior management
Ability to identify and set priorities and lead the team accordingly
Ability to operate across all functional areas across Business Unit, Corporate Tax, Technology, Compliance, Audit and Risk
Ability to document process flows, desktop and written supervisory procedures
Highly Organized and Detail Oriented
Ability to manage a dedicated tax documentation team in a complex and dynamic environment
Attention to detail and meeting deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Excel
A good understanding of Operations, Technology, & Risk
Advanced MS Office skills, including MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and MS Project
