Responsibilities
Process multiple payrolls across various states, ensuring accuracy and integration of data from various internal departments
Ensure accuracy in payroll operations and data integrations through validation, troubleshooting, system testing, documentation and process improvements
Reconcile payroll tax liabilities and ensure timely federal and state tax filings and payments
Address payroll-related inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues
Administer payroll transactions related to garnishments, levies, child support, payroll arrears and deceased staff
Manage staff withholding, payment elections and bank transactions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or related field or at least 2-4 years of payroll preparation experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Demonstrate the desire and ability to support corporate biblical and religious goals and participate in regular work-related spiritual activities without reservation (Spiritual Bona Fide Occupational Qualification)
