Process general accounting functions of basic complexity inclusive of journal entry preparation and bank deposits
Perform account reconciliations
Prepare regularly scheduled expense analysis
Update and prepare regularly scheduled reports, distribution of regularly scheduled, approved reports
Provide filing and administrative support to internal partners
Perform other related duties or projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in post-secondary education, pursuing a degree in accounting or finance
Demonstrated understanding of accounting rules
Experience using MS Office applications, including Excel
Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
Team player with the ability to work independently when required
Able to learn quickly, adapt, and apply learning to new situations
Effective prioritization, organization, and communication skills
Proven collaboration skills with various teams
