Responsibilities
Account Research: Conduct in-depth research on potential clients and existing accounts to gather relevant information and insights for the sales team
Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for business growth
Lead Generation: Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels including online research, networking, and cold outreach
Data Analysis: Analyze sales and marketing data to track performance metrics, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to optimize strategies
Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain data in CRM systems and other databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility for the team
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and analysis
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
A minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale
Preferred
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
