Responsibilities

Lead live, student-driven workshops where participants do the majority of speaking and acting, while you adjust dynamically
Create independent, standalone challenges with explicit mastery standards and concrete outputs students can accomplish without extensive 1:1 guidance
Provide rapid, targeted feedback that addresses 'what should I do next?' and produces quantifiable progress at scale
Refine workshops using data (results, observations, recordings, input) and record modifications so the program improves continuously
Organize showcases where students present their accomplishments to families and display observable growth and self-assurance

Required

Experience having designed and executed at least one complete experience from start to finish (program, game, camp, training, performance, or equivalent)
Experience engaging directly with students ages 8–14 in any context
Compelling virtual presence with articulate communication and the capacity to establish rapport on camera
Availability to work 40 hours/week with 70%+ of your schedule accessible between 8am–8pm CT, Monday–Friday
Dependable internet and a professional, consistent environment for virtual facilitation
Proven capacity to operate in ambiguity, iterate quickly, and maintain high standards without compromising expectations when students encounter difficulty

Preferred

Background in experiential design (games, theater, youth programs, coaching, or startup-style development)
Experience creating objective rubrics, exemplars, or mastery-based evaluations
Established practice of documenting and systematizing your work so others can replicate and enhance it
