Responsibilities
Lead large-scale finance transformation engagements from strategy through execution
Redesign finance operating models — not just ERP rollouts
Modernize core finance processes:
Record-to-Report
Procure-to-Pay
Order-to-Cash
Embed automation, analytics, and digital tools to drive real, measurable outcomes
Run multiple workstreams and lead distributed teams
Partner directly with CFOs and executive leadership
Help grow the business: source opportunities, write proposals, and expand existing client relationships
Qualification
Required
3+ years in consulting with hands-on leadership experience in finance transformation or digital enablement
A track record of delivering results, not slide decks (cost reduction, cycle time improvement, forecasting accuracy, etc.)
Experience across multiple ERP or financial systems, plus automation and analytics tools
Strong commercial instincts — you're comfortable with business development and client growth
Clear, confident communicator who can lead teams and influence senior executives
