Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to incoming client, contractor, and internal inquiries via chat and email
Direct questions or concerns to the appropriate team member or department
Track and manage inquiries to ensure timely resolution and follow-up
Maintain accurate records in CRM or communication systems, updating client interactions and statuses
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and field teams to improve communication workflows
Assist with administrative tasks, including appointment confirmations, documentation, and reporting as needed
Help maintain a positive, professional online presence for the company across digital channels
Qualification
Required
Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail
Ability to provide professional and courteous responses via chat and email
Comfort working remotely and independently in a US time zone
Basic computer proficiency, including email platforms and CRM systems
High level of organization and attention to detail
Positive, proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle high-volume inquiries
Preferred
Customer service or client-facing experience
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or similar platforms
Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat/email threads simultaneously
