Human Resources Project Specialist
Advantage Technical is seeking a Human Resources Project Specialist to support a multi-year cultural transformation initiative. The role involves coordinating cross-functional workstreams, supporting alignment with external partners, and maintaining project performance metrics to enhance project management practices.
Responsibilities
Analyze current systems and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement
Manage one or two process‑improvement or integration projects
Own project deliverables, project plans, status reports, and requirements documentation
Support project planning sessions and post‑project reviews, providing practical guidance to enhance project performance
Work with multiple internal departments across a broad range of project management and analytical efforts
Consolidate and refine project status updates into program‑level and senior‑leadership reports
Support alignment with external partners and integration with HR systems
Define processes and requirements to support the selection and use of project management technologies
Assist project teams in using Microsoft Office Suite and other collaboration tools
Build quality into all aspects of work by maintaining compliance with all applicable quality system requirements
Qualification
Required
BA with 3–5 years of experience, or MBA with 1–3 years of experience
Minimum of 3 years of Project Coordinator experience
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross‑functionally
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication skills and comfort supporting diverse stakeholders
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship
Preferred
PMP certification not required but considered a plus
