Responsibilities

Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute people strategies aligned to business goals
Serve as a strategic advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives
Support leadership development and organizational transformation efforts
Drive a people-first, performance-driven culture
Lead talent development, performance management, and succession planning initiatives
Drive employee engagement, retention, and career development strategies
Support DEI and inclusive culture initiatives
Use people data and insights to inform decisions and strategy
Coach and support leaders in building high-performing teams
Partner with global HR functions across compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, HR services, and organizational development
Support compensation and benefits programs
Manage employee relations and workplace issues with professionalism and consistency
Improve HR processes, systems, and workforce planning practices

Required

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
5+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience
Experience supporting senior leadership teams
Strong international/global HR experience in multi-region environments
Proven ability to drive culture, engagement, and organizational change
Strong communication, influence, and relationship-building skills
High emotional intelligence and strong business acumen
Ability to travel up to 25%, including potential international travel
