Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to the VP, Operations NAM
Support the coordination of events, sourcing venues, creating and collating materials, and following up on actions
Assist with the preparation and maintenance of reports, spreadsheets, and presentations, particularly during the budget and forecasting processes
Support budget process, monthly cost reporting, and other financial aspects of NAM Operations
Partner closely with accounting and site administrators to collect, verify, and consolidate data for operational and financial reports
Help manage and track recurring deliverables across teams to ensure timely completion of internal and external obligations
Maintain organized records and filing systems (electronic and physical) to support operational efficiency
Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion
Provide occasional administrative assistance to other members of the Operations leadership team as directed by the VP or EA to COO
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in an administrative role
Accounting and/or Bookkeeping experience
Ability to handle multiple projects at one time and work in a high-volume, fast-paced transaction-oriented environment
Growth-oriented mindset, desire to learn and share knowledge to help others succeed
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills preferred
Preferred
Associates Degree or higher (ideally in accounting or business)
Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint, One-drive and Teams
