Cybersecurity Program Support Specialist

MicroTech is seeking a Cybersecurity Program Support Specialist to support FORSCOM and subordinate units with policy development, compliance monitoring, and program coordination in accordance with DoD and Army cybersecurity requirements. The role involves developing cybersecurity policies, supporting audits, and providing training and compliance support.

Responsibilities

Develop, review, and maintain cybersecurity policies, SOPs, TTPs, and POA&Ms
Support cybersecurity audits, assessments, SAVs, and CORA activities
Collect, analyze, and report cybersecurity metrics (ACAS, AVS, IAVM, APMS, FISMA, PPSM, SCCM)
Disseminate cybersecurity alerts, risk status, and compliance reporting to leadership
Provide on-site and remote cybersecurity support
Monitor compliance with DoDIN, NIST STIGs, and DoD guidance
Track POA&Ms to completion and report risk posture
Support vulnerability management, patching, incident response, and remediation
Conduct privileged account audits, AVS validation, and CAC/PKI token management
Assist with system security engineering and accreditation activities
Support RMF (DoDI 8500/8510) for classified and unclassified systems
Review and validate RMF artifacts in eMASS, including SSPs
Assist with ATO submissions, renewals, and POA&M tracking
Provide recommendations to streamline RMF processes and improve compliance
Develop and deliver cybersecurity awareness and compliance training
Track training completion and compliance metrics
Develop and present cybersecurity briefings (technical and executive-level)
Support configuration and review boards (CCB/CMB/TRB)
Coordinate with government stakeholders and subordinate units

Required

Experience supporting DoD or Army cybersecurity programs
Knowledge of RMF, NIST, STIGs, and DoDIN compliance
Experience with tools such as ACAS, eMASS, AVS, SCCM, or equivalents
Ability to analyze risk, prepare reports, and brief leadership
Active Secret clearance (or ability to obtain)
