Senior Account Manager

They are seeking a Senior Account Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships while driving sales growth, developing tailored sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client relationships while driving sales growth
Establish initial contact with clients
Schedule sales calls
Follow up on leads based on account type
Develop tailored sales strategies
Ensure service agreements meet contractual obligations
Keep accounts receivables current
Provide intelligent-building expertise
Conduct product demonstrations
Collaborate with internal teams to generate and develop leads
Estimate costs
Create proposals
Present strategic plans to enhance client systems
Identify cross-selling opportunities
Coordinate service agreements
Act as a project manager for smaller-scale installations
Qualification
Required
Associates Degree or equivalent related work experience required
10+ years of Account Manager experience required
Previous experience with Building Technology Systems essential
Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence is essential
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM is essential
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
Technical sales experience a plus
Plan and Spec fundamentals a plus
