Responsibilities

Strong background in Linux- based networking and large-scale network design
Strong expertise in Layer 2 & Layer 3 networking (design, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting)
Hands-on experience with LAN, WAN, VLAN, VXLAN
In-depth knowledge of IPv4/IPv6, TCP/UDP
Advanced experience with routing, firewalls, NAT, DHCP, DNS, TLS
Proven skills in multicast, QoS, traffic filtering, load balancing, and rate limiting
Experience designing and supporting IP networking using VPCs, VPNs, and SDN
Hands-on exposure to DNS, firewalls, and load balancers in enterprise or cloud environments
Experience with container networking on Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Docker Swarm
Working knowledge of networking-focused OS: Cumulus Linux, VyOS, OpenWRT, DD-WRT
Ability to design scalable, high-performance network architectures for distributed and web-scale systems
