Responsibilities

Lead the migration of Jenkins pipelines to GitHub Actions, including strategy, tooling, playbooks, and hands on implementation

Refactor Jenkins shared libraries into reusable GitHub Actions and composite actions; design workflow templates for common build/deploy patterns

Establish GitHub Actions best practices: matrix builds, caching, artifact management, concurrency controls, and environment specific gates

Design and operate production grade GKE clusters: workload isolation, autoscaling, RBAC, network policies, and cost controls

Implement app deployments via Helm/Kustomize; manage config/secrets; enable blue green/canary strategies; integrate service mesh/ingress as needed

Set up CI to cluster integrations (e.g., GitHub Actions GCP via OIDC/workload identity federation, or self hosted runners on GKE)

Build/operate MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers to provide secure tool access (e.g., repo metadata, credential brokering, policy checks) to the agent

Use frameworks like langraph to orchestrate multi step agent flows (analysis generation validation deployment); instrument tracing/observability

Implement monitoring/logging/ing for CI/CD and GKE (e.g., Cloud Logging/Monitoring, Prometheus/Grafana/OpenTelemetry)

12+ years of overall professional experience

4–5 years of hands‑on expertise in Enterprise application architecture & CI/CD modernization

4–5 years of hands‑on expertise in Jenkins & Jenkins Shared Libraries

4–5 years of hands‑on expertise in Kubernetes & Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)

4–5 years of hands‑on expertise in LangGraph or similar AI agent orchestration frameworks

4–5 years of hands‑on expertise in Workload Identity Federation / OIDC

4–5 years of hands‑on expertise in Helm, Kustomize, and GitOps deployment patterns

Strong foundation in DevOps, automation, cloud security, and infrastructure reliability

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline
