Responsibilities
Facilitating live virtual workshops by coordinating breakout rooms, managing transitions, and overseeing group activities
Encouraging student participation and motivation through live chat interactions, recognition, and one-on-one touchpoints
Maintaining student engagement, confidence, and connection throughout learning sessions
Supporting lead educators with operational coordination to ensure workshops flow seamlessly
Serving as a community-builder and consistent presence across bilingual offerings and extracurricular clubs
Qualification
Required
Available to work Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm US Mountain Time (UTC-7)
Minimum 3 years of experience mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or leading youth in any capacity
Educational history within US, Canadian, or UK school systems (K-16) - must have attended school in one of these countries (current location may be anywhere)
Excellent communication abilities and strong proficiency with digital tools
Student-centered, energizing presence with attention to detail and smooth facilitation
Preferred
Familiarity with digital learning platforms or youth development programs
Experience in after-school initiatives, summer camp settings, or club facilitation
