Responsibilities
Coaching and developing Guides to deliver Alpha's workshop experiences at an elite level
Building comprehensive Guide Playbooks that document facilitation excellence, design of engaging learning experiences, and strategies for overcoming obstacles
Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides that drives stronger student participation and outcomes
Coaching a small student cohort directly, demonstrating advanced mentoring and motivational techniques
Qualification
Required
Currently based in or prepared to relocate for on-site work at an Alpha Campus (Bethesda, MD; Chicago, IL; Palo Alto, CA; Piedmont, CA)
Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a comparable area
Proven track record designing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or professional training efforts
Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with a history of building, leading, and energizing high-performing teams
Background working with young people (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings
Skilled in data analysis and leveraging performance metrics to inform decisions and support ongoing improvement
Authorized to work in the United States without restriction
