Responsibilities

Leading development and maintenance of the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) ensuring integration between the Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and the Integrated Master Plan (IMP)
Maintain schedule integration between the IMS and the Program Summary Master Schedule (PSMS) and supplemental schedules
Leading the preparation, execution, and maintenance of new or existing planning products
Support the implementation and monitoring of the Earned Value Management System through cost and schedule integration throughout the program lifecycle
Identifying Critical/Driving Paths, performing probabilistic/deterministic risk analysis, and developing corrective actions
Lead planning support to Production Operations and Master Program Scheduler as part of monthly management rhythms. Ensure schedule accuracy
Perform schedule integrity checks
Generate and deliver IMS reports and metrics
Present schedule-related information to internal and external customers
Ensure compliance with LM Corporate Program Performance Management and Program Planning policies and practices
Supporting proposal submittal and execution schedule development to meet established plans and parameters to include SOW, CWBS, and IMP traces to tasks

Required

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
2-3 years of experience program planning within the aerospace/defense industry
Experience with Integrated Master Plan (IMP) knowledge
Proven experience within the aerospace/defense industry with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and practices including Cost/Schedule Integration, Earned Value Metrics, Performance Measurement/Reporting, and Project Control and Forecasting
Experience with Schedule Risk Assessment process/tools
Experience in resource loading, performing capacity/constraint management and analysis
Agile Planning and/or Scrum Master knowledge
Production / Sustainment / Depot Operations
Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Development
Proposal Experience
Advanced Excel skill set including macros, lookup tables and VBA
Ability to communicate utilizing different techniques and build strong relationships
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
