Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Initiate contact with potential customers to promote custom HVAC equipment and capabilities. Develop detailed technical recommendations, system solutions, and cost estimates tailored to customer needs
Product Knowledge: Stay current with industry trends and product developments. Maintain expert-level knowledge of the full product range (air handlers, heaters, custom units, etc.) and effectively communicate its value to customers
Customer Service: Liaise with operations to address customer service needs promptly and efficiently. Serve as the primary technical sales resource for commercial and industrial projects, ensuring seamless project execution and customer satisfaction
Performance Analysis: Review job performance, execution, and past production data. Analyze market feedback, competition, and emerging technologies to provide strategic input to leadership
Innovation: Develop innovative techniques, theories, and engineering practices to enhance industry leadership. Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and growth
Brand Ambassador: Represent the company positively and professionally at all times. Communicate the company's objectives and values externally to build trust and credibility. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through consultative selling and relationship building

Required

3+ years of professional experience in related industries (Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Engineering, Construction, Controls, Service, Sales, or Design)

Deadline-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities
