Responsibilities
Lead the enterprise LIMS program and related lab systems
Own and deliver the STARLIMS v11–v12 upgrade and future enhancements
Partner with laboratory and business leaders to align systems with operational and regulatory needs
Act as a senior-level advisor, presenting program updates and recommendations to leadership
Drive standardization, scalability, and continuous improvement across lab systems
Qualification
Required
Senior IT leadership experience supporting laboratory or regulated environments
Proven success leading LIMS implementations, upgrades, or transformations
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Preferred
STARLIMS experience preferred, but top LIMS leaders from other platforms will be considered
