Trial Success Manager
Netradyne harnesses the power of Computer Vision and Edge Computing to revolutionize the modern-day transportation ecosystem. The Trial Success Manager will work with the Sales and Solutions Engineering teams to ensure trial success, address customer needs, and drive user adoption of the Driver•i solution.

Responsibilities
Evangelize Netradyne to end users, most importantly drivers and front-line supervisors
Create and deliver effective onsite and web-based training and best practice presentations
Partner with the account team in developing and implementing key goals, objectives, and success criteria for each trial
Act as a subject matter expert and consult on topics including product workflows, change management, communication strategy, risk management, and coaching techniques
Design and configure the Driver•i platform to meet the unique needs of the client and ensure it solves their problems
Assist (if needed) with installations of Driver•i devices for executive demo POCs
Ensure a holistic handoff to Customer Success and Deployment - both technical (SE) and practical (Trial Success) of our largest, most complex deployments
Qualification
Required
3+ years of professional experience
Experience working with sales prospects in a pre-sales/sales engineering capacity (SaaS and Hardware experience is a plus)
Experience working sales opportunities > $100K ARR
Demonstrated critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills
Professional internal skills, including patience, discretion, and confidentiality
Excellent organization and time management skills
Detail oriented and demonstrated accuracy
Demonstrated experience in the managing of multiple key departments in an organization
Preferred
Project management experience is desirable
Experience with SmartSheet a plus
Excellent writing skills preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
