Proven experience as an Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant
Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Human Capital Management)
Strong understanding of HR business processes and HCM data models
Expertise in HDL/HSDL, Fast Formulas, BIP/OTBI, and HCM Extracts
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and HCM integrations
Ability to collaborate with HR stakeholders and technical teams
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant
Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Human Capital Management)
Strong understanding of HR business processes and HCM data models
