Program Management and Oversight, Emerging Talent Intern (Summer)
Metropolitan Transportation Authority is seeking an Emerging Talent Intern for the Department of Subways Capital Programs. The intern will assist project managers by coordinating deliverables, updating schedules, and contributing to the overall progress of key initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Assist project managers by coordinating deliverables, updating schedules, and contributing to the overall progress of key initiatives
Collect data from internal databases, the Capital Project Report System (PSR), and other external sources
Support the development and tracking of reports, dashboards, charts, and baseline documentation for project monitoring and approval
Maintain, organize, and update databases to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility
Attend meetings and prepare clear, concise summaries as needed
Deliver briefings to Management Staff on assigned tasks and project updates
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a must
The candidate should possess organizational, analytical and communication skills
The candidate should be able to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
The candidate should have a keen eye for detail and be able to work independently while being an active team player
Detail-oriented with exceptional time management skills
Excellent quantitative analytical skills
Matriculated in an undergraduate program in good standing with at least a 2.5 GPA or a graduate program in good standing with at least 2.8 GPA
Major(s) Preferred: Project Management, Technology, Business, or related fields, or a related field
