Work collaboratively with project leadership and team members across all disciplines
Client and consultant interactions
Produce accurate technical and contract documentation
Create inspired design solutions in a collaborative environment
Qualification
Required
Licensed Architect
10+ years relevant experience
Accredited undergraduate or master's degree in Architecture
5+ years of professional experience
Architecture License
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong portfolio of previous projects
A solid foundation in architectural practice and design capability
Experience being involved in various aspects of projects, including project coordination, documentation, and ensuring alignment with project goals and schedules
Excellent presentation, writing, and verbal communication skills
Ability to contribute to architectural design process, supporting development of concepts and translating ideas into design solutions
Technical knowledge in architectural design principles, building codes, Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Suite
Ability to work as a team, contributing to our cohesive and effective work environment
People skills are a must in this position
Detail-oriented, especially in maintaining project documentation, reports, and presentations
Preferred
Experience with SketchUp and Enscape a plus but not required
