They are seeking an Operations and Supply Chain Principal Financial Analyst to lead financial analysis, prepare forecasts, and ensure adherence to EVM policies while collaborating with various program managers.

Responsibilities

Lead quarterly EAC processes, including gathering inputs, updating APEX, preparing presentations, conducting variance analysis, and assessing risks and opportunities
Prepare financial forecasts, LREs, and monitor actual costs, explaining variances to plans
Ensure adherence to EVM policies for programs, including BOM traceability, production labor, and support labor processes
Perform ad-hoc financial analyses as needed
Collaborate frequently with Operations Managers, Material Program Managers, Control Account Managers, and Program Finance teams

Required

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
Experience with the Microsoft Office Tool Suite, focus on Excel
An active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Preferred

Experience using Microsoft Office suite with advanced Excel skills
Working knowledge of Power Query
Ability to develop process improvements and meet critical deadlines
Demonstrated thorough critical thinking skills
Experience using SAP Business Systems (ex: APEX, PRISM, Analysis for Office)
Working knowledge of Earned Value (EV) and/or PRISM EV
Excellent organizational skills in leading/coordinating a matrix organization toward common finance goals by setting priorities and working within deadlines
