Responsibilities
Responding to incoming inquiries within 4 hours using personalized, precise communication that avoids generic templates
Conducting campus tours and informational events that demonstrate how and why our teaching model accelerates learning, and which families benefit most
Managing the complete admissions process, encompassing applications, shadow day coordination, decision consultations, and family onboarding
Maintaining CRM and SIS records with accuracy, currency, and readiness for weekly performance review, particularly within HubSpot
Improving admissions materials, standard operating procedures, and frequently asked questions based on live parent feedback and conversion metrics
Qualification
Required
3+ years managing full-cycle admissions at a competitive, tuition-based academic institution
Demonstrated track record managing selective enrollment processes from initial inquiry through final enrollment decision
Outstanding communication capabilities across written, presentation, and interpersonal formats
Confidence building relationships with high-net-worth families and sophisticated decision-makers
Solid operational discipline, including CRM expertise (especially HubSpot), time management capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail
Currently located in or willing to relocate to Santa Barbara, CA; San Francisco, CA; Orange County, CA; Palm Beach, FL; or Dallas, TX
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
Preferred
Background in elite K–12 private school admissions or competitive college admissions environments
Experience designing and executing high-touch, high-conversion enrollment events
Proficiency with reporting frameworks, performance metrics, and data-informed decision-making
Knowledge of AI-powered or mastery-based educational frameworks
