Responsibilities
Build and maintain detailed financial investment and operating models across a variety of asset types and industries
Analyze inventory levels, asset values, sales trends, margins, and cost structures
Partner with senior leadership to define operating strategies and incorporate assumptions into financial models
Review contracts and supporting documentation to ensure alignment with financial and operating assumptions
Prepare cash flow statements as part of financial diligence efforts
Support transaction execution, including closing activities and preparation of recurring reporting
Assist with portfolio risk monitoring and ad hoc analytical projects
Prepare and manage virtual data rooms and coordinate with internal and external deal participants
Deliver ad hoc financial analysis in support of special projects and strategic initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, investment analysis, or a related accounting/finance role
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Microsoft Access is a plus
Strong analytical skills with sound judgment and intuitive problem-solving ability
Ability to work accurately under tight timelines and aggressive deadlines
Thrives in a fast-paced, transaction-oriented environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills with comfort interacting with senior leadership and external advisors
