Responsibilities
Serving as a mentor to K-8 students by establishing trust and cultivating a mindset without limitations
Leveraging AI-enabled adaptive learning platforms to customize educational trajectories—students advance at individual rates while you facilitate exploration
Creating and facilitating life-skills workshops addressing topics such as public speaking, goal-setting, and collaboration to equip students for sustained success
Building a culture centered on curiosity, aspiration, and development—supporting students in recognizing their capabilities and passions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Demonstrated public speaking proficiency with proven ability to captivate and energize groups
Genuine interest in connecting with, inspiring, and motivating students in grades K-8
3 years of experience coaching or mentoring children
Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
Commitment to in-person work at one of our campus locations: Austin, TX; Brownsville, TX; or Fort Worth, TX
Availability to participate in a paid training program conducted at our Austin, TX campus
