Responsibilities
Generate, evaluate, refine, and iterate medium complexity design solutions, with a strong grasp of key design principles (interaction design, a strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy)
Stay abreast of the latest design trends and technologies, integrating them into strategic, user-focused designs that align with project goals and timelines
Demonstrate autonomy through effective time management and organizational skills, and the ability to balance independent work with collaborative team efforts
Collaborate closely with brand and UX team members, integrate feedback, and ensure design excellence, clarity, and user-centric focus
Confidently navigate a variety of development platforms, partnering closely with front-end developers to ensure design performance across different devices and frameworks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience
3+ years of experience as an interaction (IxD), UI (VxD), or UX designer required
Proficiency in current design and prototyping tools (Figma) and ability to learn new ones as projects require
Strong attention to detail, communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Driven by user-centered and design thinking methodologies and fluent in best practices for usability and accessibility
Has basic exposure to HTML and CSS and understands their purpose and function
