Project Manager - Power Services

Responsibilities
Effectively communicate project information to clients, regulators and key stakeholders
Develop relationships with clients; become trusted advisor
Establish and maintain a strong technical delivery model across all functions in the department that is agile to changing customer requirements
Ensure successful delivery of high-quality products and services to customer on time and on budget
Ensure strong project management acumen throughout the department and contribute to that capability across the contract
Performs project reviews to monitor quality of service to the client. Provide project updates and decision items
Provides front-line quality control of the Company’s services for scope, schedule, safety, and client satisfaction
Assists the client with investigating issues that arise on projects, gathering and analyzing data to develop recommendations
Act as a technical resource for Company and Client
Represent the company at various meeting and attend trainings and events as required
Lead effectively in a highly dynamic environment with competing priorities
Manage resources and staff to project timelines and budget
Assume responsibility for the successful delivery of products and services within the department, and high satisfaction and performance of department employees
Manage assigned personnel to include workload and timesheet approval. Assign and manage the progress for all projects through final acceptance
Ensures all employees are properly trained and equipped and have necessary certifications to perform project requirements

Qualification
Required
3-5 years' direct experience working on designing, planning, and reviewing electric power distribution systems
Knowledge of applicable material testing methods, processes, and procedures; and oversees the construction operations
Thorough knowledge and understanding of electric distribution design practices and standards
Valid driver's license
Ability to collaborate with company team comprised of professional engineers
Ability to manage financial and personnel resources to achieve organizational goals
Ability to effectively supervise professional, administrative, and technical employees; and plan, assign, direct, coordinate and review their work
Flexibility to travel to construction sites for extended periods and work outside of normal business hours
Complex data interpretation skills
