Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, debug, and document complex client/server and web-based applications
Build and enhance front-end and back-end solutions using C#, .NET, Blazor, HTML5, CSS, SQL , and related technologies
Develop and maintain databases, stored procedures, and integrations using Oracle and SQL Server
Perform root cause analysis and resolve application issues in production and non-production environments
Collaborate with analysts, architects, and business users to gather and validate requirements
Enhance application usability using DevExpress tools , including advanced grid implementations
Maintain compatibility with existing systems while designing new functionality
Recommend and implement improvements to application development processes
Participate in Agile SDLC activities, including design reviews, demos, and team collaboration
Provide ongoing application support and maintenance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher
4+ years of experience developing web-based applications
4+ years of experience with .NET/C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, Stored Procedures, Oracle, and SQL Server
4+ years of experience in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
3+ years of experience working in Agile SDLC environments
3+ years of experience collaborating within cross-functional development teams
2+ years of experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools
1+ year of experience with C# .NET Blazor
Strong communication skills and experience presenting application changes to stakeholders
Preferred
Experience migrating applications from Java to C# .NET Blazor
Knowledge of responsive web design and WCAG accessibility standards
Prior experience supporting State of Texas applications or systems
